What are the safest beaches in the Philippines for me to sleep on comfortably without accomodtation or worry?

I can go to the Philippines for 3 months. I like to sleep on an open beach. All I need is safety so that I'm not robbed (I hardly have anything to be stolen), and no police or others bothering my sleep. I have a towel for my bed, sarong for my blanket, backpack for my pillow, 3 months to look at the ocean, and a few dollars a day for food and water. Any suggestions where I should go?
